Gaudeamus is Romania's best-known book fair, with the Bucharest edition usually in the second half of November at Romexpo. Publishers, authors, and a large student and family audience share the halls. Other Gaudeamus editions run in other cities and are not listed separately. The 2027 Bucharest dates are not yet published. This listing uses 17–21 November 2027. Romania is Guest of Honour at Frankfurt in 2028, so 2027 is the year to meet the houses whose lists will be presented in Germany the following autumn. For BooksAffair, Bucharest is that meeting.
