SILA, the Salon International du Livre d'Alger, is Algeria's international book fair and one of the largest public book fairs in Africa. It is usually held at SAFEX in Pins Maritimes from late October into early November. Algerian, Arab, and French-language publishers exhibit to a very large audience. The 2027 dates are not yet published. This listing uses 28 October to 7 November 2027. For BooksAffair it is the Algerian meeting place and a tier-one Maghreb fair beside Rabat.
