Printers Row Lit Fest is Chicago's outdoor literary festival, usually a weekend in September in the Printers Row neighbourhood. Booksellers, small presses, and authors line the street. It is the concrete Chicago event behind the city's wider book-fair label. The 2027 dates are not yet published. This listing uses 11–12 September 2027. For BooksAffair it is a tier-three Midwest festival, useful for independent publishers and Chicago readers, and not a national trade event. Confirm the weekend with the Chicago Tribune and the neighbourhood association.
