Book Arsenal is Ukraine's international literary festival, held at Mystetskyi Arsenal in Kyiv, usually in late May. Publishers, authors, and readers use it as the country's main book event, with a strong international guest programme when travel allows. The 2027 dates are not yet published, and the programme depends on the security situation. This listing uses 27–31 May 2027 as the usual season, not as a promise that the festival can be held on those days. For BooksAffair it is the Ukrainian meeting place for publishers, authors, and translators. Check the organiser before any travel plan.
