The Bath Festival's literature programme is the city's May gathering of authors and readers, usually inside a wider arts festival. It is smaller than Hay and Cheltenham and tier three on this list. The 2027 dates are not yet published. This listing uses 14–23 May 2027. For BooksAffair it is an optional south-west England author weekend, worth adding when a UK festival tour already includes Hay. Confirm which days are the book programme, because the festival brand covers more than literature.
