The Los Angeles Times Festival of Books is the largest public book festival in the United States, usually a weekend in April on the University of Southern California campus. Hundreds of author talks and exhibitor booths draw a city-sized audience. The 2027 dates are not yet published. This listing uses 17–18 April 2027. For BooksAffair it is the West Coast week for authors, publishers, and readers, and a media audience that the trade fairs do not have.
