The Taipei International Book Exhibition is Taiwan's international publishing fair and a top-tier stop for Chinese-language publishing outside mainland China. The organiser has confirmed 16–21 February 2027 at Hall 1 of the Taipei World Trade Center, No. 5, Section 5, Xinyi Road. Czechia is Guest of Honour. Trade pitching and rights meetings sit beside a large public audience. Visitor hours published for 2027 are 10:00–18:00 on 16–18 February, 10:00–22:00 on 19–20 February, and 10:00–20:00 on 21 February. Publishers from Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Europe, and the Americas use TIBE to sell rights and to meet booksellers. For BooksAffair it is the cleanest week to meet Taiwanese publishers, translators, and a highly engaged reading public, and to see how international lists are adapted for traditional Chinese.
