Adelaide Writers' Week is the free outdoor literary week inside the Adelaide Festival, usually in early March in the Pioneer Women's Memorial Garden. International authors sit on stages under the trees, and the audience is one of the most concentrated in Australia. The 2027 dates are not yet published. This listing uses 27 February to 5 March 2027, inside the usual festival window. For BooksAffair it is a tier-two author event with an unusual number of international writers for its size. Confirm the days with Adelaide Festival.
