FIL Monterrey is the international book fair of northern Mexico, usually in October at Cintermex. Publishers, authors, and a strong regional public share a shorter fair than Guadalajara. The 2027 dates are not yet published. This listing uses 9–18 October 2027. It overlaps the Mexico City Zócalo window, so a team would pick one October Mexican fair unless the final dates separate them. For BooksAffair, Monterrey is the northern industrial city's reading public and the publishers who exhibit there. Guadalajara remains the priority.
