The Nairobi International Book Fair is Kenya's main book fair, organised with the Kenya Publishers Association and usually held in late September at the Sarit Centre. East African publishers, education houses, and a public audience share the halls. The 2027 dates are not yet published. This listing uses 22–26 September 2027. For BooksAffair it is the Kenyan meeting place for publishers and readers and the main East African book-fair stop. The Macondo Literary Festival is the separate author event.
