Dear Reader,
As a staff nurse, supervisor, educator and department manager, I have had the privilege to be a Registered Nurse in California. I've loved all of it-particularly my experiences in the Emergency Department. A wife, mother, grandmother, adjunct faculty at Cosumnes River College and, American Red Cross Volunteer Nurse, I'm trying to figure out how to handle retirement.
