About the Author
Michael F. Sabourin was born in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
He's worked for National Defense, the Royal Canadian Mint and Revenue Canada, played drums in Canadian rock bands and even driven a taxi. He is currently the resident Waiter from Hell at Milano's Dining Room & Lounge in Calgary, Alberta.
He is father of two children, a son, Frank Michael Jason, and a daughter, Jessie Lee.
Waiters From Hell, Customers From Other Planets, is the first book to date by Michael Sabourin.
His poem, "From Darkness to Light" won an Editor's Choice Award and was published in "Seas of Time", a book of poetry published by the U.S. Congressional Library.
Michael is currently working on his next book, "Don't Let Your Parents Read This Book", a collection of stories for children and the young at heart, slated for publication in late 2002.
