Belle's story emphasises to children that wearing glasses will help them to see all the beautiful details of the world around them, that they may not have been able to see before. About the Author
Katy Tainton is a photographer and digital artist living in South Wales, UK. This is her first book and was inspired by her daughter Belle, who wears glasses. Belle at first refused to wear her glasses and Katy looked for books to help Belle understand that wearing glasses will help her to see better. She struggled to find a book that would help and so decided to write her first children's book based on this topic.
