Prayer isn't complicated, it is simple communication with God. But how should we approach Him? What should we say? Using the acrostic A.C.T.S, Adoration, Confession, Thanksgiving, and Supplication, you can easily walk through these to help you in your prayer time. Each page contained in this ACTS Prayer Journal gives you space to begin with Scripture reading, and then move into the 4 themes of prayer...Adoration, Confession, Thanksgiving, and Supplication. After these themes, there is space to encourage you to sit in the quiet listening for God to speak. How often do we pray and not listen?
