With so many of Western man's life-force being denied him, and the vestiges of what was hard-won now being methodically, and irrevocably lost to the machinations of what the Author calls, the Modern, the Rise of the West seeks to walk the reader through what is, essentially, an American racial history, in a way which both elucidates, and becomes an intellectual primer for the values, mores, and concepts, which are best expressed as Race-Culture, that which becomes our "will to express" and the very extension of our need to survive, and survive intact, maintaining the legacy of Life left to us by our Mothers and Fathers.
