This book is a reformatted version of the Government Edition. It is presented in a format that emphasizes the difference between the inland and international rules. The inland rules are presented in full; the inland rules that differ from the international rules are clearly marked and the differences are indicated in the second section of the book. This format makes Paradise Cays Rules about half the size of the government edition and eliminates the redundancy found in the Government edition.
The other contribution added to help when studying the Rules or using it for reference is an annotated table of contents. This addition will guide readers to a desired rule. The topic of each subsection has been noted for quick reference along with the page numbers for Inland and International Rules.
With all these added benefits provided in Paradise Cays edition of Navigation Rules they are still able to offer it at $9.95, the Government edition lists for $14.95.
