s, Russia, and Japan. This report uses ten cultural dimensions from the work of Gary Ferraro and Fons Trompenaars to analyze the cultural values of the international partners. Information about cultural differences was obtained through interviews with NASA employees about their perceptions of Russian and Japanese cultures. Based on these interviews and the analysis of cultural differences, this report provides recommendations to help improve the interaction and cooperation between the international partners. Although this project was conducted from a space environment perspective, its lessons are still relevant to the wider business environment."--Synopsis
