Journal has two main sections.
The first section is a two-page spread: left page has a place for date or event, a place to list your guests and any notes about them (food allergies, favorite dessert, etc.), and your menu. right page is a blank page to write down any notes or sketches (table seating, buffet food placement, etc.), log any favorite memories from that event, or have your guests sign or draw on it. The second section is a lined-page Recipe section: space enough to write up to 60 recipes jot down a page or recipe number at the bottom of the page, so when you list your menu, you can refer a dish's recipe by the assigned number you gave it.
