Insight-based Learning is the author's technique of inquiry, problem differentiation and definition resulting in action planning and change. This methodology is employed throughout the WORKbook. The Lemonade Matrix is used as a guide to achieve insight by plugging in the elements of a block, decision or other life area issue. When employing the Matrix the reader may gain awareness of his/her natural process toward change and his/her motivation as well. Insight + Action = Lemonade.
