What follows is a maelstrom of unexpected travel and mayhem. Houses are bought and sold, lives and belongings are piled into planes, trains and cars, all too small to contain them, as the family desperately searches for the place they belong.
Their long-suffering puppies, Pi and Archie, now have more air miles than Richard Branson and Tom Cruise combined, and all they want is to wake up in their little beds, in the same country for more than three weeks in a row.
