Mexico have been portrayed in the mainstream media. The truly heinous “build a wall” campaign that cast them as drug dealers, criminals and rapists still has a residual effect in 2022. It may be a tough pill to swallow but the media plays an enormous role in shaping the minds of our youth and if we’re not careful in presenting accurate accounts of who truly people are… we can accidentally cultivate very dangerous false narratives that do not serve our youth. This is one of the primary reasons we have been at the forefront of creating positive stories about minorities and their incredible impact on the progress of the modern world. Producing these stories of oppressed people assists in overcoming centuries of destructive propaganda and reveals the true history that the world needs to know.
