पिछले कुछ वर्षों से सीमा पर घुसपैठ कुछ अधिक होेने लगी है। कई बार चीनी सेना कई मील अंदर आ गई। चिंता का विषय यह है कि चीनी सेना भारतीय सीमा में अपनी मरजी से आती है और अपनी मरजी से ही वापस चली जाती है।
