ZOHRA.
Description
In the vast and mysterious ocean of Aethel, where islands float like giant water lilies and currents hide ancient secrets, rises the Thalassa Empire,
...
ruled by the enigmatic Sea Emperor, Corvus. His power, derived from an ancient pact with the sea deities, gives him dominion over the waves and the creatures that inhabit them. But Aethel's peace is threatened. Nereus, a young fisherman from the outlying island of FoamIsland, discovers a forgotten relic: the Trident of the Tides, an artifact of immense power capable of controlling the oceans. Unknowingly, Nereus awakens a millennia-old prophecy that marks him as the chosen one to defy the Emperor and free the sea from his tyranny. Corvus, obsessed with maintaining his control, unleashes his fierce aquatic warriors, the Hydros, to hunt down Nereus and retrieve the Trident. On his escape, Nereus joins a motley crew of allies: Anya, a cunning pirate with an enigmatic past; Thalassa, an exiled mermaid who seeks redemption for her people; and Kaelen, an old sea shaman possessed of the ancient wisdom of the ocean. Together, they will sail treacherous seas, facing off against colossal krakens, trickster mermaids, and the ruthless forces of the Emperor. Nereus must learn to master the power of the Trident and accept his fate, while discovering that the real threat to Aethel is not only the tyranny of Corvus, but a dark and ancient force that stirs in the abyssal depths.
