Quino
Description
ENGLISH DESCRIPTION
Old age according to the humorist that earned immortality.
"Quino's books are what resembles happiness the most--it's quinotherapy." --Gabriel García Márquez
"The immediate effect of having Old Age in your hands is that it puts a big smile on your face even before you turn the first page." --Celia Fraile Gil, ABC
If there was ever an age to which Quino set his most sharp, tender, and irreverent gaze was undoubtedly old age. His old people, who are in the "autumn of life" or maybe in the "spring of death," are heartwarming, philosophical, hot-tempered, and unprejudiced, and appear in his vignettes brimming with exultant vigor and bombproof humor.
Old Age is yet another proof of Quino's infinite genius and his capacity to make us reflect about ourselves.
