Description
Crawling for Brain Development(c) is a 5-week, guided program designed for children and adults ages 3-100+ struggling with: reading
writing
motor sk
...
ills
coordination
ocular motor skills
timing and sequencing
sensory processing challenges
retained primitive reflexes
It will benefit individuals of all abilities, whether they crawled in infancy or not. Parents can implement the program at home, teachers in their classrooms, and therapists in their treatment sessions and home exercise programs. In 150 pages, you will learn therapist-directed activities designed to move the brain out of fight-or-flight and into a higher level of functioning! Building on the foundational skill of crawling, the program includes activities designed to promotesensory processing and modulation
primitive reflex integration
ocular motor skills
auditory processing
timing and sequencing
bilateral coordination
crossing midline
The program will likely take longer than 5 weeks to complete, which is perfectly fine! The activities progress from easier to more challenging as the weeks continue. Each activity should be practiced until mastery before moving on to the next day. Disclaimer: It is NOT a formal primitive reflex integration curriculum and does not teach reflex testing. It should not be used as a replacement for therapy or as a diagnostic tool.
Activities included in the program are easy to understand, easy to follow, and easy to complete as a family!A 150 page 5-week guided program
35 activities to complete every day that promote improved sensory processing, reflex integration, bilateral coordination, crossing midline, ocular motor skills, timing and sequencing, strength, and more.
