al and ambitious principle, this book, through the spirit of a humble apprentice woman, has the sole intention of helping all those who dedicate their lives to Budô, explaining the meanings and martial philosophy that encompasses each "concept" used in the Martial Arts, and that all of them are necessary for the training, understanding, personal development and to achieve the mastery.
I have accompanied the texts with some explanatory illustrations, paintings and 書道shodô (the Art of Japanese calligraphy, with kana and kanji characters), made by myself with the stamp “Rakkan in 落款印” and Rakuseikanshi 落成款識, which means “to seal and record the signature that certifies the finished work" to stamp and register as an "offering" to the readers.
