Heidi Chiavaroli (pronounced shev-uh-ROE-lee...sort of like Chevrolet and ravioli mushed together!) wrote her first story in third grade, titled I'd Cross the Desert for Milk. It wasn't until years later that she revisited writing, using her two small boys' nap times to pursue what she thought at the time was a foolish dream. Despite a long road to publication, she hasn't stopped writing since! Heidi writes women's fiction, combining her love of history and literature to write both time-slip stories and contemporary fiction. She is a two-time Carol Award winner and a Christy Award finalist, a Romantic Times Top Pick, and a Booklist Top Ten Romance Debut. Heidi makes her home in Massachusetts with her husband, two sons, and Wyatt, her standard poodle.―Massachusetts

Tia McCollors is an award-winning author, speaker, and writing coach. She graduated from the University of North Carolina (Chapel Hill) with a degree in journalism and mass communications and dreamed of one day being TV network news anchor. But upon graduation her considerable writing and speaking talents led her in a different direction―to the public relations industry where she established a successful career and worked for a decade. Tia left the corporate arena to start a family, but continually nurtured her writing and speaking skills. She decided to try her hand at an inspirational romance, and in 2005 found success with her first novel, A Heart of Devotion. To date, Tia has written 12 novels and one non-fiction devotion book. Her publishing credits include work with Moody Publishers, Whitaker House, Kensington Publishing (Dafina) and Simon & Schuster. Tia has also contributed devotions to the online Sisters in Faith community (Thomas Nelson/Biblegateway.com) and is a regular contributor for the yearly Walking in Grace (formerly Daily Guideposts) devotion. She was also a series author for the Guideposts cozy mystery series, Sweet Carolina Mysteries. Tia is a dedicated wife and a mother to three children.
