ew of Jesus. The Jesus he describes is one that is very human and compassionate. Indeed, He is someone most anyone would want to know. Girzone's attempt to show us how nondoctrinal Jesus is comes across as somewhat doctrinaire, however. Raymond Todd's narration brings out this winsome Jesus quite well. His voice is warm and soft, without being soporific. He moves easily through the text and, although the text is sometimes repetitious, this performance is not.
